the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Along with Pleasant Valley Ranch and Lesiure Valley Ranch the Martin Valley "ranches"
provide some of the nicest RV properties in "The Valley". All of the Martin Valley properties have full recreational
facilities available for the owner or renter. Be as active as you want to be! Hidden Valley is a gated 55+ adult community.
For rent is a 2005 Gulfstream 5th wheel, on a private RV lot. This is an extremely comfortable RV to
live in, and has plenty of space for two people. The RV lot has full concrete - both under and around the RV - and a storage
shed. There is ample parking for several vehicles. Mail is delivered at the site.
The RV is fully furnished, including the kitchen. Just bring your bedding, towels and personal items and enjoy the weather.
Within walking distance is a championship 27-hole golf course http://www.martinvalley.com/golf.html. A short drive brings you to the World Birding Center , Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park, and the World Butterfly Center
( http://www.worldbirdingcenter.org/). For birders there is no better location in the United States, with over 500 species being recorded.
The minimum rental period is four months at $700/month. Longer rentals are preferred and will be given special consideration.
